T-Vencubator, the first of its kind to combine the benefits of investment, financing and business incubation, announced the launch of “Tafweela” as the first project to be built, incubated and financed in T-Vencubator’s building lab.
Tawfeela aims to revolutionize the vehicle payments system in Egypt, and offers other promising services by digitizing traditional payment processes. This strategic move confirms T-Vincubator’s commitment to fostering Egyptian startups with pioneering ideas that drive digital transformation across key sectors.
Tafoila Company
Tafoula, an Egyptian startup founded by entrepreneur Marwan Al-Shayeb in 2023, offers a modern and practical technology to transform vehicles into digital payment methods for the services provided to them.
Through the Scan payment process, Tawfeela enables Egyptian companies to manage private vehicles by improving the quality of operations, eliminating cash handling, and obtaining analyses of vehicle performance and consumption rates.
In addition to the launch of the mandate for the business model with companies already, the expansion of the scope of work with individuals and private vehicles is being planned; to complete the vision of digitizing the transportation and vehicle system in Egypt completely.
TVincubator Fund
T-Vincubator believes in digital solutions that address critical market challenges and contribute to the growth of the Egyptian economy and the achievement of the goal of financial inclusion; therefore, the step of building a financing company was important to become the first company to carry the vision of T-Vincubator.
As the first company in the T-Vincubator Lab, T-Vincubator Fund provides Tafoula with comprehensive support including capital investment, mentorship, public relations and real-world experience in the Egyptian market, ensuring that Tafoula achieves rapid and measured growth that enables it to expand further.
T-Vincubator is ultimately a hub for the companies it invests in. T-Vincubator shares funding and expertise with all companies, creating a system that covers all the needs of its affiliates.
“Tafweela is a real-life embodiment of our venture building philosophy,” said Reem Safi, Founder and CEO of T-Vincubator. “We are excited to build Tafweela and create a high-impact startup that addresses an important need in the market. This venture embodies our commitment to nurturing exceptional entrepreneurs and their innovative ideas.”
“Joining T-Vincubator as a venture represents a game changer for T-Vincubator,” said Marwan El Shayeb, Founder and Chairman of Tafoula. “T-Vincubator’s expertise and resources will be instrumental in our mission to revolutionize vehicle payment systems. We are confident that we will create a sustainable and scalable solution that benefits businesses across Egypt.”
The launch of Tafeela is a bold step and a significant event for T-Vincubator Fund, and demonstrates the Fund’s ability to identify and develop projects with high future potential. As Tafeela grows, it will become a model for future venture building initiatives; all of which will contribute to creating a safe environment for startup growth in Egypt.
T-Vincubator’s venture building model focuses on identifying promising market opportunities and bringing together highly experienced teams to develop and launch pioneering businesses. T-Vincubator seeks to enable entrepreneurs to build successful companies that add lasting value to the Egyptian economy by combining financial resources, strategic guidance and operational support.
The T-Vincubator Fund recently announced the launch of the T-fund initiative, in addition to building projects and incubators, to financially assist and invest in 5 startups that will be selected by 2025. The T-Vincubator Fund has already begun receiving applications from entrepreneurs and idea owners through the fund’s official website.
